In our restaurant, we offer delicious Danish open sandwiches and gourmet food, drawing from Bornholm traditions without any strict dogmas, but with a focus on really good food, the finest wines, and not least the special atmosphere of casual coziness. The restaurant is a place where everyone is welcome \u2013 whether you're a hotel guest or not. You can enjoy a whole evening at the restaurant, grab a few dishes before a concert, or have a drink in our fantastic courtyard under the stars. The choice is entirely yours!<\/span><\/p>

Vores restaurant er indrettet med fokus p\u00e5 \u00e6gte bornholmsk hygge, krydret med moderne elementer, der skaber en varm og afslappet stemning. Her f\u00e5r du mad af h\u00f8j kvalitet i en uformel og indbydende atmosf\u00e6re.<\/p>

Vi tilbyder en omhyggeligt udvalgt samling af kvalitetsvine, der sp\u00e6nder over r\u00f8dvin, hvidvin, ros\u00e9vin, dessertvin samt Champagne og mousserende vine. Alle vinene er valgt med fokus p\u00e5 kvalitet, og selvom vi prim\u00e6rt har europ\u00e6iske vine p\u00e5 kortet, har vi ogs\u00e5 inkluderet en r\u00e6kke sp\u00e6ndende overs\u00f8iske vine.<\/p>
